Special thanks to the concierge team for arranging unforgettable excursions and ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Dining: The dining experience at Hanging Gardens of Bali was a highlight of my stay. The restaurant offers a tantalizing array of gourmet dishes inspired by traditional Balinese cuisine, all served in a breathtaking setting overlooking the jungle. Each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Facilities: The facilities at Hanging Gardens of Bali are truly world-class. Yet, despite its secluded location, the resort is just a short drive away from Ubud, allowing guests to easily explore the cultural attractions and vibrant markets of this charming town. A Fairytale Escape in the Heart of the Jungle Staying at Hanging Gardens of Bali felt like stepping into a dream. The entire place is incredibly magical and atmospheric — every corner seems straight out of a fairytale. The villas are absolutely stunning, with thoughtful attention to every single detail, creating a true sense of comfort, elegance, and total privacy. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive — genuinely dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. You feel truly cared for at every moment. Dining at the restaurant is a wonderful experience: the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options that set the perfect tone for the day. If you’re looking for a luxury retreat immersed in nature, with impeccable service and breathtaking surroundings, this is the place.

I'm so glad I picked the Hanging Gardens of Bali for our stay in Ubud. It was the perfect retreat in the middle of the mountain jungle. I can't find the words to describe the overwhelming peace I felt while staying in this place. The staff is hospitable, nice, and communicates very well. We were able to plan our car rentals and they gave us a few valuable recommendations. Our villa had a fantastic view, especially from the pool. We even got to witness monkeys fighting on the trees from our room. The breakfast was amazing, but the rest of the day's menu could use more options.

Our stay at the Hanging Gardens of Bali was a memorable experience for me, my wife, and our 10-year-old son. The resort is set in the jungle of Ubud and offers amazing views of the Ayung River and surrounding rainforest. The infinity pool is the main highlight. Positioned on a hillside, it provides stunning views of the jungle. We spent hours swimming and enjoying the view, and our son had a great time too. Our villa also had its own private swimming pool, which had equally stunning views. It was a perfect place to relax in complete privacy. A big thank you to Yudiana and Wita for their excellent service. Yudiana made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay, and Wita at the restaurant provided great service during our meals. What really stood out was how all the staff were incredibly polite and worked hard to make our experience special. From the moment we arrived, everyone made an effort to remember our names and take a personal interest in getting to know us. This thoughtful touch made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of our stay went smoothly. We also enjoyed the food at the resort’s restaurant, which had a mix of Balinese and international dishes. The natural surroundings of the resort provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place for our family to unwind and enjoy nature. If you're visiting Bali, I highly recommend the Hanging Gardens for an unforgettable experience.
